Talk about unreliable characters

Anna and Jack are both involved in a murder in their hometown. Anna as a news reporter and Jack as a DCI. They are also ex husband and wife with troublesome past. But not all that happened in the past wants to stay buried. And certainly not when murder is involved.

Loved the lies and deceit in the story, bunch of it! At one point I didn't know what to think anymore. I was certain of one thing and then I wasn't because both Anna and Jack are so unreliable.

The writing is addictive, fast-paced, lie after lie, reveal after reveal.

So yes, I really enjoyed it!

This is the second book that I read by Alice Feeney and it was amazing. I love the twist and storyline. Halfway through the book, I was able to guess the twist but I doubted myself and was shocked towards the end when I was right. I enjoyed this book more than Rock, Paper, Scissors and wouldn't mind reading more from Alice Feeney.
