This was so funny yet oddly serious as well! And I say, 'oddly' because I wasn't expecting all the discussions this book goes through but I think it was amazing. Not only sexism and misogyny, but also, our identity and our perception of ourselves based on the actions of others. I wish I could be as confident as Kiki. Though, it's nice to see that even confident people can become less confident. And, viceversa.

YOU'RE THE GOAT, KIKI. 🐐🐐🐐

Throughout the whole book I was thinking oh gosh poor Kiki, she really didn't deserve all that. But I'm so happy she got her happy ending! That last scene is soooooo fucking cute. What a power couple, honestly.

I really recommend it! If not for Kiki or Liam, then for Eleanor Roosevelt and Sarah Jessica!! Icons!!

2.5 probably. it was such an adorable, fun book until the 75% mark and then the ridiculousness sets in.. the plot was just trying to do too much with a premise as simple as this is and sadly it couldn’t pull through. would still recommend for an easy, lighthearted read. thank you to delacorte press for the arc:)

This story was a great palette cleanser. I think my favorite part was being able to see another girl gamer. Granted, my experience has been pretty different than hers but it was still a cute little read. Wouldn't read again though.
