This was not a fun or enjoyable reading experience. I understand that it is satire and that I’m for sure missing some things on that level. I didn’t enjoy Swift’s descriptions of “disgusting monstrous breasts” or other body parts or functions.

Interesting look into how humans behave. Feels progressive for it’s time but still misogynistic and racist

This audio of this by David Hyde Pierce is fantastic. While this book is likely problematic due to underlying racist and colonization themes overall this was a funny book filled with wildly imaginative stories

Lemuel Gulliver can't say no to an adventure. Each adventure he goes on is wilder than the next. He encounters tiny people, giants, a land of academics with his favorite historical figures, and an island inhabited by horses that rule and are served by humans. It's a tale of adventures with meanings deeper than surface level.

Filthy yahoos... xD

This may have been one of my favorite books I read online while pretending to work at my last job. I must have always been a closet sci-fi nerd because I truly enjoy the discovery and description of new, fantastical worlds. The political satire isn't bad, either. ;)

Read for class.
This book is absolutely batshit and I'm not sure I mean that as a compliment.
