I just love Jeff Hiller
emotional funny hopeful inspiring lighthearted reflective fast-paced

I loved Jeff in Somebody Somewhere and his entire vibe, so I was set on listening to him read his memoir on audio, which I definitely think was the way to go. It's a pretty typical celebrity memoir, but I just like Jeff so much. He focuses on his long road to "success" as an actor, especially as a gay man who is weird-looking and has a very specific vibe, and how he lived on bit parts until he landed SS while in his 40s. He's just seems like a really awesome dude, and I really enjoyed learning more about his life. His personality really shines through in the audio, and he does a fantastic job narrating it.

Buy the book for the cover, the pictures, the content. Then listen to Jeff Hiller PERFORM his memoir. I sincerely laughed and cried multiple times.

I know Jeff, but I’m not giving this 5 stars because of that. This memoir is laugh out loud funny, sad, heartfelt and reflective. Read it- better, listen to Jeff read it!
