It's some years ago I read this and it changed my perspective on how and who to build a business with. Strong and powerful idea, not the best writing, somewhat repetitive and I didn't get concrete, actionable takeaways from it back then.

Short, sweet, and to the point with plenty of practical examples and applications. I found this book quite helpful for understanding the relationship the top two players in a company ought to have.

Rating: 4 Stars (Very Good).

Really good for my business partner and I! Enjoyed heavy percentage of it. My only critique is that it favored the visionary.

The one nugget from this book is to realize that a visionary and integrator can & should be different roles as you scale your company. Weak read, formulaic. But a good, specific idea.
