Good article length, very small, short book. If he had written that today, it would be a nice web article.
good observations on how learning how we work, what we are good at, and how we can best achieve our goals...

Short, Sweet, & insightful. Highly recommend for all young people who don’t want to be miserable for their entire career.

Quick (clearly), to the point, and more useful than you’d think. Especially in tiny physical form.

This isn't a bad book, but I wouldn't call it a great one. I think part of my disappointment came from being over-hyped to read it on recommendation.
Basically, Drucker offers a few pieces of advice, sometimes expands on it, and then the book ends. It's a quick little refresher that you should know your strengths and then let other people know what they are.
At less than 100 pages, this isn't a waste of time, but I'm not sure it's worth your time.
