In terms of management I think Drucker is one of the best. This short book (70 pages) outlines what he thought were the most important questions to ask oneself about his/her professional life.

I accessed it as an audiobook on Audible in its original language. The book presents inspiring thoughts on feedback analyses and strategic planning regarding our career paths. It lists the most fundamental self-awareness questions that a worker should be aware of by the end of their twenties. It also discusses the professional challenges that arise alongside the midlife crisis of knowledge workers and suggests further alternatives for fulfillment.

It was an engaging listen, and I’m glad I came across it!

Good article length, very small, short book. If he had written that today, it would be a nice web article.

good observations on how learning how we work, what we are good at, and how we can best achieve our goals...

Short, Sweet, & insightful. Highly recommend for all young people who don’t want to be miserable for their entire career.
