This book made me cry. I wasn't quite sure about the inherent infidelity of the premise that these three women get stood up by the same man, but I trusted Beth O'Leary, and I was right to. And of course with this author the tackles mental health in an upfront way as well. I don't know that I'll read it again, but I'm glad I picked it up. Everything did end up worth it in the end!

It may be that it was a very timely read but I thought that it was an absolutely gorgeous book and the way in which the story was told just added an extra layer of intrigue and interest.

I loved this. It's such a unique storytelling technique, and I had fun formulating my theories along the way. I loved the ending in spite of (or perhaps because of) the tears. More than any romantic relationship, though, I loved the friendships. We should all have people like this in our lives.

The blurb on the back of this book does not do it justice; there is much more to the story than it lets on!

The No-Show was filled with funny and heartbreaking moments, and the twist was spectacular. It was easy to catch on what the twist would be early on in the story. However, Beth O'Leary keeps the mystery alive with a few red herrings. Although The No-Show had some emotional scenes, the ending was full of hope and a lovely home-built library.
