I was worried that since this is only the second book and she had all ready found her love interest that this what change how tone of the book but no I was fully engulfed the entire time. Of course, no one likes ending on a cliff hanger 🥲

What a great third book in the series! I love how the plot developed in this book, especially towards the end as the climax is hitting its highest point with secrets coming out, troubling decisions, and revenge and distrust amongst the group! I know the fourth book is gonna be so much fun as everything plays out!

I also love the growth of Lor and Gabriel, both of them have changed and grown into who they are meant to be, that you can’t help but root for them to have it all work out and be with their loves! Lor and Nadir have a great relationship that is still developing and I can’t wait to see how it all plays out!

I love this series. This book had everything - answers, further questions, slow burn, found family, love, adventure! I can't wait for the final book!

Ahhhh this book! I don’t know what to say that wouldn’t be a spoiler at this point but I think everyone should read this series. It continues to be a 5-star series in my books. I’m dying for the fourth book now 😭!

Thanks so much to Forever Pub, NetGalley and Nisha J Tuli for the arc! 🥰

The first 2 books in the series were fantastic, so I have been looking forward to this one coming out. The story picks uo from where it left off and jumps immediately back in, with plenty of twists and turns. We follow along as they painstakingly work to undo all of the heartbreak caused by their ancestors.

We finally feel like we're getting somewhere and it's so exciting.... and then in the last 10 pages all of our progress in the entire book is undone. We lose the Crown and the Ark, our magic isn't actually strong enough to win, and Nadir dies. Feels somewhat pointless to have gone through everything that they did, just to undo all of your progress in the last chapter.
