Phileas Fogg learns a valuable lesson: "Money can solve anything except the passing of time." Or can it?
Around the World in 80 Days is an entertaining classic. I immensely enjoyed this one more than Journey to Through Center of the World.
There was a constant thrilling and adventurous vibe with likable characters and funny situations.
This one is perfect if you want to read more classics but don't want a heavy or too complex story. Jules Verne's accessible writing style works incredibly well for this extravagant story. I smirked several times at the absurd situations the characters got themselves into.
I highly recommend reading this book, even if you are not into classics.

The book I read from is part of the illistrated classics collection. This had been adapted for children/young readers. However, there were some problematic elements in the book, one being the casual use of drugs (specifically opium).
Minor: Drug use
