This book was a great edition to the series. It seemed a bit different than the other books in the series. I enjoyed reading about them becoming superheroes and fighting evil. I didn’t see the twist coming near the end.

“Look at yourself. I would never let you onto the J-Team. Even if you were the most powerful girl in the world.”

I waited a very long time for this new installment in the series, and still enjoyed it more than I had expected. The art is fantastic, the story is full of fascinating twists and turns, and I'm excited to see what will happen next. Also, Victor is sweet and adorable, and even though a lot has changed in this series continuation, he is still my favorite character in both the older and current run.

Just when you thought there was finally a respectable adult hero in this biz...kinda.
I mean, he made our protagonists super effective now!

SpoilerShould've realized it last book when this mofo shows up looking like Cobra Commander but with the coloring of a jack-o-lantern!

Great volume! Loved the manageable, contained storyline, even if the plot was predictable and not exactly ground-breaking. The tongue-in-cheek genre references were funny. Good character work, especially with Gert. Poor Gib!!

Ugh, epic Gib feels, thanks. Absolutely devoured this, what a delightfully predictable yet joyous to experience plot.
