This was a fun audiobook to listen to. It's not normally within my chosen genres - the time travel element is usually a little more fantastical than I prefer, but I put my faith in Emma Straub. And, although there's certainly some sci-fi elements to the book, the story is really more of a relationship story between Alice and Leonard. And that relationship is lovely. Very enjoyable.

I knew this book would be sad and was kind of on the fence originally. I didn't understand how sad or how much I'd end up loving this book. I had to set it down multiple times in the last 50 pages in order to weep profusely, yet I didn't want it to end.

So this book came HIGHLY recommended by so many people (including a Barnes and Noble employee andddd someone who works at my library) when I asked for books revolving around the sliding doors theory. And while I do get why this was recommended, it's a hard no from me.

I think people who liked The Midnight Library would probably really like this one. I didn't like The Midnight Library, soooo here we are.

One issue I had with This Time Tomorrow, is that around a third of the book, she is in high school. This was the same issue I had with Every Summer After. If you market a book to adults, please don't give me the perspective of someone in high school. At all.
Second issue (prob the biggest

Bought this one at “Books are Magic” in Brooklyn.  This author owns the store.  I laugh/cried my way through it.   All the references - the love for the dad.   Pure gold!

Nice story about visiting the memories and “could have beens” of life, and about preparing for loss.
