Book 4 gets us back onto home turf for the Ryan’s and not all is what it seems.
I loved the thought of Jessie and Shane getting to have their one-on-one time like she did with Connor. They had some tender moments and I felt they were really making strides towards more, as Shane has said before he doesn’t want to marry or have kids. He tries to tell Jessie he wants her happiness, even if that isn’t with him. She’s not having any of it, because she wouldn’t want to be without him.
When Shane takes Jessie to mingle with some old associates, things heat up and you start to question people and loyalties. Erin is her typical bi+chy self
and by the end of the book, I feel we aren’t done with her yet. Sadie threw us for a loop with the reveal of The Wolf and I was floored!! My heart was pounding through the rest of this ride with all the reveals!
This book brought the heat again and multiplied it!! The Ryan’s know how to do it right for sure! The best part was the ceremony and finally breaking down Shane’s walls! This book had an HEA but what does that mean for us in Book 5?? Time to find out!
⚠️Trigger Warnings Apply!! Please make sure to note these before reading!
