Oh the start if the short stories, I must say, they marred an otherwise strong volume. Tho some of the stories try more than others to not be page fillers, I just am never invested in them at all.

This is my favorite arc. I would give anything to have Hotaru and Chibi Usa be canon in the distant future, cuz I loved that. I love the reveals, the tension, the long boss battle, yes.

Unfortunately I don't have more to say that I haven't said before.

This volume was excellent! The conclusion of the Death Busters arc reveals a great deal of deep lore involving Sailor Saturn and her dark purpose. The short story at the end of this volume, Princess Kaguya, focussing on Luna, and in which we see her human from, was also really good.

Man, I don't remember Sailor Saturn at all from the original anime and she is awesome. Though this volume was lighter on content, it had a satisfying conclusion and it was nice to see a guardian not named Sailor Moon have a super power up moment.

This arc on the whole does a better job of showcasing multiple guardians, though I still think it's a bummer that the inner senshi sometimes get treated as one character, especially in battle when they all get knocked out at once.

As for the bonus content, I didn't particularly care for the second Chibi Usa short, but loved Luna's special story.
