Ok I know I rated this book pretty high but it was sometimes kinda boring but overall would recommend.
It's kinda of a random concept the whole seeing the ghost thing but it was not horrible
to read about. It was pretty fun and I LOVEEE Benji Andor and honestly love his and Florence's relationship. I have to admit they are pretty cute 😭🥰

dnf at 75% !!!!
“He barked a laugh, loud and bright. “Climb me!”
“Like a goddamn tree,” I moaned regretfully.”
I don't know how to properly paste it here, but this was the moment I knew I needed to mark it as dnf because WHAT was this?? I didn't like the writing at all, the main character pissed me off (sorry), and the entire thing with her "not believing in love" also made me angry, so!!!!!!! idk

Super cute romance, but I honestly think I enjoyed the atmosphere and the outlook on death the most.

Very cute! I called what would happen, the “twist”, very early on. I love the movie Just Like Heaven and this reminded me a lot of it. The writing was interesting and easy to follow. Excited to physically read another of hers!

This book started a little slow and was not what I was expecting at first… BUT OMG this turned out to be so cute and good! I loved the character development and the journey I was taken on. “There’s no happy ending, there’s just… happily living. As best you can.” This book made me feel all the feels. Sad, hopeful, giddy. I literally devoured the last 50 pages.
My favorite type of rom-com—funny & heartfelt, sweet and tender.
I loved this. Even guessing a few of the twists, I don’t think the story could have played out any other way. I loved that the main character decides that it’s okay to be corny and unashamedly herself. I liked that it was so standard a romance but entirely not at the same time. And I like that I spent the majority of my reading with a goofy grin on my face. Because romance isn’t just chick-lit or light fare. Any book or song or piece of art that can make you feel is important. And necessary. Also how can we not love a male lead willing to discuss fanfiction tropes with complete sincerity? All I can say is that I’m dying to read more of Poston’s work (did you see what I did there?).
