Adrian Tchaikovsky

4.1 AVERAGE

My only real criticism of Adrian Tchaikovsky has always been the almost oppressive heteronormativity. It was wonderful to finally get some queer and non-binary characters along with his signature brand of complex hard SF! I also really appreciated the disability representation. Now I want a terrifying Scorpion mech as a mobility device!

Excellent… a space mystery and political drama.

Absolutely fantastic science fiction. Pacing is perfect, character development is just plain awesome. Author is so great at developing detail without being tiresome, and the main antagonists are mysterious and interesting.
It's very refreshing to see a Sci-Fi author get things right, without trying too hard or upping the page count unnecessarily. 10/10!!
