I really enjoyed Bonfire. I picked it up because I absolutely loved Krysten Ritter in Jessica Jones and it did not disappoint. I've never been one to read mysteries, but I watch plenty of crime dramas, so I enjoyed following the clues and putting all the pieces together. You can see the Gillian Flynn influences all over this, plus so many breaths held that no one realized they were holding aka, the hallmark of a new writer, but the plot was compelling and I read it in one sitting.
