This is the best tragicomedy ever in existence of the universe and all the other universes and everything that's ever been alive.
How absurd, how absurd, how true.

Escribir una obra en la que no ocurre nada, nada tiene sentido y no hay más trama que esperar y que aún así se lea con agrado no está al alcance de cualquiera. Esta obra es por derecho propio un clásico y daría un riñón por poder asistir a montajes clásicos como el de Pepe Villuela y Alberto Jiménez, Ian McKellen y Patrick Stewart o Robin Williams y Steve Martin.
Un decorado minimalista, un arbo, dos bombines y una pareja de actores inspirados pueden llevarnos al cielo del teatro sin que al fin nada más que lo que dice el título haya sucedido.

I read this for a district parent approval committee to decide if high school seniors should be allowed to read this book in class. TBH none of us on the committee, even the teachers, really liked it, but hey, at least it's short. And kind of funny, I guess, at least a tiny bit. We're hoping the film lit teacher who wants to use it will be able to put it in a better context for their students. I definitely think seeing the play would be a better experience than just reading it.
