Convoluted and dumb, with terrible cookie cutter art, it also features a boring multi-media aspect that is mindless minutiae with no relevance to plot or theme. This one is only for the morons of the world, those who believe in the post 80s tropes of thematically empty world building. Now that it's a visual world, the life has been drained from almost all of literature from the last 30 or so years, the purview only of rich kids with MFAs and no lived experiences or the ability to tell stories in a meaningful and human way.

This, video games, and anime explain why the world has become dumbed down since the cultural peak in the 80s.

I love the multimedia art style in this comic. The story was fun and there was so much in the background to unpack as per usual with Chelsea Cain's works. But it only being 4 issues meant that it wasn't really flushed out. So much world-building needed to happen and really could have been expanded on. But still a fun read.
