Muszę powiedzieć, że zrobiło mi się przykro jak przeczytałam ostatnie słowa. Chciałabym więcej. Polubiłam wszystkich bohaterów i każdy z nich na swój sposób był wyjątkowy. Był dobry i okrutny. Był Bogiem i Potworem.
Dużo się wydarzyło w tej historii i przy tym była wciągająca.
Czasem się wkurzyłam, czasem uśmiechnęłam, czasem kibicowałam i trzymałam mocno kciuki, czasem miałam ochotę nimi potrząsnąć i kazać się ogarnąć, a czasem nawet pojawiła się łza w oku. Sporo emocji się przeze mnie przewinęło i za to właśnie daję wielki plus.
Chyba każdy kto czytał domyślał się końca, a przynajmniej jego części, ale przyznaję, że aż takiej akcji się nie spodziewałam. Aż chciałoby się zobaczyć film na podstawie tej książki!☺️

This really did not suck me in like I thought it would. It just might not be the right time to read it. I am going to try to come back to this one.
Gods & Monsters was definitely better than the second book, but it was still not as good as Serpent & Dove. The book dragged a little in the middle. Some of it feels unnecessary to further the story and honestly felt like a rinse or repeat of what we did in book 2. The ending felt very cliche, but it was okay.
This series didn't really need a third book. I found myself forgetting who the characters were, mixing them up, because there's just too many of them. I don't know how there's simultaneously too much and not enough happening at the same time.

It got bad, then better, then boring, than better again, but at the end it lost itself. A shame, for it did have some interesting tropes.
