Holy shit!!!! What a great note to start the year on. I was riveted. I’ve already ordered The Girls. Yes, the ending is unsatisfying (I took off a star for it), but you don’t come across a book like this very often.

this book is like game of thrones season 8 — so much buildup and for what. the ending ??? it was definitely a gripping read but nothing major actually happened
