This author will never fail me. Totally took me out of my reading slump. Enemies to lovers themed with very broken man. I cant wait to read about all the other characters.
wow!
Seriously one of the best books I have read this year.
I experienced every emotion through out Henley and Juliet’s relationship. I felt like I was right there with them. I honestly don’t know how Tee can balance all the big emotions with humour so well. Incredible.

<strong>not for me.</strong>
The drama between the characters was overwhelmingly and so unnecessary. There was so much lying and bs games. The spicy scenes were so frequent and cringy at times, like why are you surprised? This isn’t y’all’s first time together… the healing portion of Henley journey was incomplete and rushed and though the story was completed, the cliches and open ended stories were unsatisfying.

I need to stop looking forward to books from this author. She really had a nice story with the Miles brothers and Mr. series but everything after that just didn’t hit to me. The writing in this was absolute garbage just like the characters. Juliet is just a pain in the ass and very weak while James was just toxic and a complete idiot who deserved to be knocked off this earth. The tropes concerning this had so much potential to be a good story, the author had a vision but didn’t executed it properly.

Could not WAIT for this one to be over to be honest. This book was anxiety inducing in the worst way, honestly such a toxic relationship.
5 ⭐️’s x♾️!!! This book was amazing and i devoured it!!! The banter and chemistry between Juliet and Henley was
This was a pretty good enemies-to-lovers romance. The banter was amazing between the two main characters. It was like reading a spicy hallmark movie. It kept me interested until the last 10% then the storyline kinda got old. I can only take so much of the dramatic push/pull on again/off again style of relationship before it becomes aggravating and completely turns me off of a book. I did like the fact the MMC had the mental health issues and it wasn’t the typical damsel in distress, weak, has all the issues, hot mess, female character. It was good.

I love TL’s writing. But I am torn on this book. I listened to the audio and didn’t read it. So I think I may need to read it to give it a fair chance.
