One of the more inspiring celebrity memoirs I've read in a while. I liked the self-awareness that Brooke Shields brought to this book about what life is like for a woman in her fifties, or approaching fifties. She's got anxiety and faces challenges but she owns her privilege and wholly owns it, showing emphathy for others. Inspiring.

Brooke Shields The Face, that was all I really knew about her. I forgot she is an actress, I remember she was married to a tennis star at one point. But there is so much to her. I loved this book. Not only did it show me that other women were going through the same things in life I am right now, but it helped me know I am not alone in this struggle called life.
