I hate hate hate hate Blake
Like after everything he does it AGAIN
I would have let him in the cold and the snow and ugh Farrah is to good for him and why did Ana make her unemployed and he's handling everything wrong with so many mistakes but he gets a company worths a million and ughhhh I don't like him for her

"thank god it's over," she said, about both the completion of this book, and the end of scooter braun's reign of terror. happy swiftie independence day, this book sucks
3.5 ⭐️ - Okay I enjoyed this more than most of the other Ana Huang books I’ve read. I liked the characters in this and seeing the growth… but damn this girl be making the worse decisions for this horrible man. Would I do the same? Probably but BRO HOW MANY TIMES??? I’m mad at her.
forgot to update when I finished this one too, and the title of this one!????? AAAAAA this book is so good.
worse spoilers ahead and spoilers for King of Greed ahead:
ana is rly good at writing characters who part ways and come together in the end. this book was CRAZY certifiably Off The Walls drama and I loved every minute of it. Ana Huang reawakens my desire to be a writer because i love her work so much it makes me go like "I wanna do that!" like actual role model. banging book, banging author. cannot wAIT for King Of Envy.

Blake Ryan just PMO so much in this book. He’s literally so dumb. That’s all.
Yeah, Blake has not been redeemed yet. Because while I have sympathy for him when it comes to finding out the truth with his dad and with Cleo, I made the realization that my least favorite variation of the miscommunication trope is a guy preemptively breaking a girl's heart just because "she deserves better" without trusting her with the truth and letting her make the decision for herself. I'm happy for Farrah now that she's got her man and she's got her career, but I know there's another book in this series so color me intrigued as to what further drama could come about!
