better than the first book but all that taking one step forward and twenty back had me REALLY annoyed. If i were ferrah, at one point i would not tolerate the disrespect. anyway, excited for book 3&4 😇😇

I loved this.

I read this a while ago, and I forgot most of the plot. I do remember eye rolling at Blake a ton. I also recall that forgiveness was given out a bit too freely in some circumstances.

Better than the first

Not going to read the third book right now I am gonna read after my next book

Overall enjoyed the book. This is the continuation of Blake and Farrah’s story after the first book ended with a breakup. Blake’s friend Landon ends up hiring Farrah to redesign Blake’s new apartment and they reconnect after 5 years.

So I did guess the “twist” in the first book for these two. Blake did redeem himself with all the groveling and the letters.

This was a great ending to Blake and Farrah’s story! It had me angry, frustrated, and deep in my feelings, especially because of Blake’s actions. The second-chance romance was full of angst, and the groveling was satisfying! The miscommunication trope plays a big role here, so be prepared, but overall, it was an emotional and well-written conclusion. I recommend this duet!
