Another enjoyable read by Jonas Jonasson.
While some parts were as usual hysterical, there was the underlying sense of 'huh, that is really happening right now isn't it.'
But fast moving and not while some parts were a little far-fetched still a good time.

A fun read, even though it didn't have the same originality or as much quirky charm as the original story. Allan Karlsson is celebrating his one hundred and first birthday by taking a hot air balloon ride in Bali only to get caught in a storm and stranded in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. His usual faith in good luck is well-founded, as a North Korean passing ship sees their distress flare and picks them up, where he manages to talk his way into meeting Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang and then making off with their uranium. From there they visit President Trump and various high level diplomats in Europe before intercepting more uranium in Africa, all in the name of love, booze and a comfortable place to relax. I found it a bit repetitive and predictable, but still not bad for light-hearted entertainment.
