So good! It was full of practical ideas and reasons for ending my distracted life! Need to re-read it instead of listening to it because I was distracted most of the time I listened to it. ;)

Try not to read self-help, but this came recommended. Mostly stuff I'd already figured out on my own but have been too lazy to implement. Seems like sensible stuff, though sometimes his justifications didn't quite add up to me, but then what do I know? I'm not producing five academic papers a year, more than twice as many as in any previous year (as the author is so keep to remind us).
