Zero angst. No climax really. Still a sweet read.

Sweet story about grief and life continuing. Really love Arden and Locke. Mixed feelings on the cops for obvious reasons and for bastian’s deception. (Also lol for them trying to act like small town cops have sooo much danger involved…like fuck no). Anyway pleasant read and VERY intrigued for Reese’s story

This was a such a sweet story. There were ups and downs, but the loss and grief that Arden experienced was handled so well. The love was insta but so dang wholesome. For something that dealt with heavy grief topics, it still felt like a light read for me. The spice was fun and steamy with just the right amount of frequency. I can’t wait for Reese’s story!

This book follows Arden's story and has some elements that are sensitive, so check those TW! That being said, I thought the material included was handled with care and sensitivity by both the author and the narrators. As always, Bridget and Jake Bordeaux smashed this narration and truly brought this story to life.
