This was not my favorite. As the series goes on I’ve found myself dreading the chapters from Lena’s perspective and I’m done with the whole walking on glass thing between Sara and Jeffrey. Really hope book #4 brings back the spark.

Another good story in the series. I am reading these during quarantine and I am so glad to have so many consistently great books to occupy my time. I find myself really wanting to get my hands on the next book because I need to know about Tessa and Lena and Sara right now!

My son gave me this for my birthday and it was an excellent book to get back into reading after not having read anything for well over a month.

This has a great mixture of nasty stuff, excitement, and an obviously ongoing romance interest. And an excellent ending!

Luin, kun tätä oli kehuttu, mutta petyin. Epäloogisesti käyttäytyviä, raivostuttavia ihmisiä, vaikka olikin nopeasti luettava ja juonivetoinen.

I’m stunned I’m rating a slaughter book 2 ⭐️ but wow this was wildly unnecessary. Also made next to zero sense with Lena’s “relationship” that was beyond fucked.

This one was a big disappointment.
I enjoyed the first two, but this was just lacking in every area. I still plan to continue the Grant Co. series. Hoping indelible is better.

Started off strong and then almost felt repetitive in the middle. Excited for the rest of the series, but I felt like this one ended up being a little weak.

If I were a member of the Linton family, I'd be moving back to the big city and getting away from the small towns in Grant County. But then again, since our main character Sara is the medical examiner, she might want to stay where she knows she has plenty of job security. It's only the third book in the series, but pretty much everyone she knows is either been raped (including herself), murdered, committed suicide, or is a rapist/sadist, murderer. I have to keep reading the series though, 'cause I want to find out which of the above happens to the 85 year old receptionist working in the Grant County police station (I have a hunch she's a serial killer!).
