Not my favourite Emily Henry book. It was good but
they got together like not suddenly but it lacked some explanations and communication

This was a great read. It was fun, and relatable at a lot of parts. I liked the ending. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because it was good but not something I would read again. I wasn’t over the moon about it, but it was good. Would recommend.

Emily Henry has my whole heart. The way she writes women, female friendship, and honestly just the experiences of her characters makes me feel so seen.

I love reading about unhinged women as much as anyone, but there's something about a woman who is trying SO HARD to be hinged and learning that it doesn't serve her the way she thought it would. I love Harriet so much.

This book was so well written, and so heartbreaking.  I just want to affirm that there is a HEA, but the road to get there will rip your heart out.  I have read books that are sadder (more sad?) than this, but I can't think of a single one where the heartache hit so close to home.  The themes of loss and and change both in relationships and yourself as you get older was so realistically done, there were scenes that literally stole my breath.  I struggled to get through to the end of this one because of all the varied feels, but I'm glad I persevered and made it to the other side.
