Very fun and engaging. I love the character interactions and their flaws. The setting is also fresh, but vampires are so random.

The beginning of this book was a bit dreadful as it was super slow, but it really had me hooked after getting into it and reading further! I personally haven’t read the Caraval series yet, so I’m not sure if the first part of the book would be more interesting if one had read it. 

I don’t have much to say with this review, except for that the ending was criminal. Talk about ending on a cliffhanger. I must try to get my hands on the second book soonest!
