I enjoyed this book. I found myself rooting for Lucky hoping she could turn her life around. I wanted the best for her. The story is told during different times of Lucky's life that leads up to the present day. I would have liked more a developed ending. This book is a quick read.

I downloaded this from the library, and then read a mediocre review and almost skipped it.  But it was there and waiting when I needed something to listen to, and I wound up very much enjoying the ride this story took me on.
