A fun, feel-good, fast-paced palate cleanser. The epitome of a Reese's Book Club book!

Won't re-read it by any means, but it's good to have books like this on the shelves for times when you just want an easy escape.

I really enjoyed this. It was a nice change of pace from what I have been reading. I picked it up after hearing the author on CBC and was not disappointed. The protagonist is well written and thought out. I liked analyzing her moral compass through the lens of her upbringing. The plot was face paced and quirky and the supporting characters unique enough to hold interest. I thought it wrapped up a little too neatly but that is a personal preference. This was a great quick read. Great for summer reading lists.
