I was pleasantly surprised with this book. For a Mills & Boon, it was not as annoying as I expected to be. Of course, it has all the stereotypes of its type - a young, naive girl thrown into an unfamiliar setting with an older man, two dimensional secondary characters and a painfully abrupt ending - but, in spite of this, I found it a very satisfying read.
