I liked this one better than the first book but that cliffhanger ending ARGH. But it just goes to show why I normally wait for a series to be done - I should only have to wait a few days to get the last book from the library. Looking forward to the conclusion but still Did they really need to send her back to that damn prison?! I really hope she escapes quickly bc I had enough of that place in book 1

3.5 Stars. I was confused to why certain truths were withheld from other characters, why some things were kept secret when others showed they were trustworthy. The confused why certain details were shared with people who shouldn't of been trusted.

I know this book was a necessity for the series but it was so slow that I ended up skipping some parts. It wasn't bad, just slower than the first but the end definitely built up the next book!
