4.5 ⭐️ Wow wow wow, new favorite of the series. There is just something so endearing about the single dad trope. Kai was hot… Miller was kinda annoying but I understood her reasoning so she gets a pass.

single dad falls in love with the nanny trope EXCELLENCE!!! my goodness this series is so wholesome and filled with men who are so damn whipped for the fmcs it’s crazy!!!
the plot was so good, max was so freaking adorable, and GOD the love story was out of this world!!! i just love it when a character finds their forever home where they least expect it.
the banter between miller and kai was just so good…i audibly cackled half of the time either of them opened their mouths! and the sunday family dinners??? dear lord im a sucker for a good found family.
i can definitely say that i understand the hype around this series!!

And she does it again!!! Baseball Daddy Kai may have officially jumped to the top of my list for my favorite Windy City MMC, and Max?! Omg freaking love him. Literally loved everything about this book! Getting to catch up with the characters from the previous two books, and seeing the found family they continue to grow was the best. I hope to see more of Miller, Kai, and Max in the next two books, which I just know Liz will deliver on. I can't wait to jump into 'Play Along' next month especially with how this book ended with a Vegas marriage... oh yea, I am looking forward to how this story unfolds.
If you like single baseball daddies x nanny/coaches daughter with an age gap... I would check this out. Can be read as a standalone, but I suggest reading the first two books in the series first so you get to know the other two couples featured in this book.
