Unlike Ivy I am not a cryer. This book though, this book had me sobbing. Olivia weaves a story about family and grief and the lengths we will go to protect ourselves from being hurt. Scott and Ivy are such a beautiful couple and so well written that it was hard to remember that they aren't real past the pages of this book. I loved pops and Katie and all of the supporting characters really. This is a stand out debut novel from Olivia and I think she did a beautiful job creating a story that is so much more than your average sports romance.
