I think I'm a 3.8 rounded up to 4 happily. This book covers the Gambit of sexual confusion and uncertainty in a really interesting way and I enjoy following the main characters path through that. I think what knocked it down for me was the dipping into a strange gang plot that I wasn't all about. I get why it was there it just sadly didn't connect with me as much as the other stuff

i loved this even more than i loved samantha kolesnik’s other work, true crime - it was powerful and deeply unsettling. i enjoyed the exploration of found family and feminine rage

Great book with commentary on feminism.
Didn’t go the direction I expected but I’m not mad about it. A weird little book.

I know I liked this, but it’s not very memorable.
