Volume 52 covers chapters 503 - 512. Everything just hits the fan on Sabaody Archipelago once Luffy punches out a celestial dragon. The navy and even an admiral are involved that even the supernova pirates are having a hard time keeping up with. There's a short respite when the crew meets Rayleigh and learn a little bit about their adventure, but things go from bad to worse when the warlord Kuma reappears and, subsequently, Zoro is disappeared. What's gonna happen to the Straw Hats now? A shocking cliffhanger that will leave you picking up the next volume immediately.

I loved this volume, yet I did find that some of it did slow down which I don't interestingly as they touched upon the Pirate King Roger and his past and how much
Monkey D Luffy is line him. Yet even though I loved the fights they were small and wasn't as par as previous ones all in all it was good.
