I really enjoyed this book, getting to know Layla and the boys and the rest of the pack. I love wolf myths, and this one had some unique mythology. Nice little cliffhanger at the end, just to throw you off!
Wonderful read! I loved the world building. Especially the build up of Smoky Falls, and I loved how it was based in Tennessee! I could actually *feel* Layla's frustration with Dom and her need for answers about her parents, and all the secrets she didn't know. I was completely immersed in this world and cannot wait to read the next book! Definitely need more of the guys, especially Jared, my favorite!

Just when you thinke everything is great a major twist is thrown and nothing is what it seems! I loved Layla! She's feisty, sarcastic, smart and resilient. She's stronger than she knows, which is where her 3 fated mates excel! Milo, Jared and Landon are instantly smitten with her. I love how they are always ready to hype her up and help her. As much as they want her, they are happy to move things slowly at her own pace. It's definitely a slow burn, which is refreshing because Layla has a lot thrown at her at once. While she definitely wants to be with her guys, she has a lot to process. I can't wait to see what happens next!!

Layla was just a foster kid on the streets after her parents died when she is viciously attacked one night. Next thing she knows it's 8 days later and she wakes up in the hospital and finds out she has an uncle that is going to bring her back to Tennessee.
A year later, she is in Tennessee, meeting new people, finding some weird connection with 3 handsome young men at the college, and learning not everything is what it seems.
This was a great book in a new NA series from Laurel Night. I laughed at the dad jokes, I felt all the emotions, the pain, the happiness, but most of all, I can't wait to see what happens next.
Warning, BIG cliffhanger at the end, which weirdly, I'm not SURPRISED happened, but we'll see where it all fits together soon enough I guess.
Must read if you have wolves, fated mates, friends to lovers, and a good Alpha beatdown.

It was fine until there was a weird curse where she had to stay on the land to keep everyone being werewolves but people were trying to kill her and they were all related - I’m good
Interesting story
I like the storyline a lot and definitely curious as to where it's going to go. Layla and the guys are intriguing characters and I wonder how the relationships will develop, especially after that ending.

medium-paced
I feel like this was both fast and slow and I’m def intrigued. The foreshadowing was a bit heavy handed but that’s okay
This was an okay read for me. I don't think I was the target audience for this book. While I enjoy shifter romances, the main characters were simply too young and childish for me. The characters were also kind of flat. Mostly boring. It was really hard to like Layla because of her actions. They make sense given her age and vulnerability, but still annoying as hell. But I'm intrigued enough to see where this story is going.
