This book is such a cute, light hearted read. I would definitely recommend it as a pallet cleanser if you’re looking for something easy to read and happy.

I absolutely loved Bree’s character, u thought she was so funny and goofy, and I loved having the dual perspective so we could see how much Nathan loved Bree for it.

It is definitely a slow burn romance which is why I gave it on 3.5 stars as we didn’t get to see much of them together. Again, I wasn’t a fan of the epilogue, I would’ve much preferred to see them maybe a decade in the future.

This was just okay. I wasn't wowed. Actually, I was kinda annoyed throughout the whole book. The first is a writing style choice which really bugged me: why on earth are you capitalizing random words? Why are you using multiple exclamation marks? Are we texting our friends? No! We're writing a book! Do better. The other that irked me: Bree. She spent half the book whining about how she couldn't ever have Nathan and how much it will hurt when she loses him. I wanted to slap her in the face and tell her to get a hold of herself and just communicate. But no, she had to go on whining.

So yeah, I will not be reading this again. Everything was so dramatic and overdone.

I loved this book alot more than I anticipated. I genuinely love Nathan Donelson. Was this book cheesy, corny and consistently cute? yes. Did it feel a little cringe at times? very rarely. Did I eat it up in two days and enjoy every minute of it giggling and fangirling? YES. The dual pov in this book literally killed me, so adorable and the quotes were top tier. This was exactly what I needed during stressful times and I loved how it compensated for men's mental health as well. Pleasantly surprised.

I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect from this, but I ended up really liking it. Although I found the writing a bit cringey at times, the characters made up for it. Bree and Nathan were great, and so were nearly all of the side characters. I really liked Nathan’s teammates, and I absolutely loved Dylan. What an icon. The extra quarter star is purely for him. 10/10 want him to be my friend.

I don’t have much else to say about this book, but I will say that it was a lot of fun to see how close Bree and Nathan were, and watch that close friendship turn into a romance. Also, he is the biggest cinnamon roll and a complete simp for her, and I’m HERE FOR IT. That is simply the best kind of love interest and I can’t be convinced otherwise.
