Okay, I had a bunch of fun with this one. Since Saige is questioning everything that means I was too. I just have soooo many questions. Like I need these answers.
As I said in the last book, the characters don’t really sound their age and to be fair that does continue a bit in this one but I don’t know if I was just super into what was going on that I didn’t notice but it didn’t bother me as much in this one. They are a bit silly but I was laughing so that’s fun.
Now to be fair some of the choices made in this book really brought out my feelings. I was so annoyed with some of the dumb choices made but at that same time, I think that shows how into the book I was. I mean I closed out of the book and downloaded the 3rd book in a span of 20 seconds.
The men get more alpha male in this book which I’m a fan of. I will only enjoy alpha males in my books, not in real life so don’t get it twisted. BUT I love when they get possessive and whatnot, it’s actually what I look for in my reverse harems so I wasn’t turned off by this.
In this book, we do get a bit darker regarding the issues with the ex-boyfriend. This could be triggering for some people so make sure to check the triggers.
I’m ready to move to the next book cause this one has me feeling a type of way. I need answers and I need them now.
