I started reading this under the guise that it was an illustrated collection of a bunch of the original twisted tales... It was not they loved happily ever after and tbh I'm kind of disappointed. Maybe I'll read the rest later but right now I want to read something dark and this ain't it.

Great illustrations
This has the best illustrations I seen thus far.
At first I was listening to the audio, but the person narrating sounded like a computer and turned me off.

2.5 stars for the Kindle in motion version of these featured Brothers Grimm tales. The writing itself is fairly lacklustre, the simplified versions of Grimm tales are simply not my preference. Hence the low personal rating.
The illustrations for the Kindle in Motion are enjoyable, making bits of the stories come alive, always a wonderful bit of fancy for late night reading. Altogether a fun, short read, but not one I’m much inclined to pick up again.

Interesting take on some of my childhood stories. I never heard of Briar Rose, The White Snake, & The Junipter-Tree.
