Sadly have to rate this 2 stars. Wanted a palate cleanser for my reading slump and this ended up leaving a wonky taste in my mouth. It's like this was a rough draft. Too many characters, odd pacing, cringy clunky dialogue, Scooby Doo-esque (derogatory)  gotcha scene with the murderer, with a random ass romance subplot? Tough.
