My favorite of the series so far, Another Man's Moccasins takes us through Walt's latest case and weaves in his very first, during the Vietnam war. I though Johnson did a great job of linking the two stories together, especially through some slick transitions. I also enjoyed the fact that this book focused a bit less on the supporting characters and more on Walt and the two cases. Also, the fact the Vietnam narrative adds some great backstory to Walt and some of the overarching plot points brought into play in the previous novel were well developed here. All in all a great Longmire book. I look forward to starting the next one tomorrow.

Needs more Vic. Needs more women in general, actually. It was a good mystery but so many of the players were women and so many were invisible or silent.

Anyway. More women. More Henry. Way more Vic.
