I enjoyed this book more than the previous installments, due to the protagonists' personalities. I really liked Ryan, who was a very intriguing male character, who fit with Makenna. However, there were multiple plot points and events that did not sit well with me the sex scenes were a bit uncomfortable, since they were vaguely abusive and the way the "mating frequency" was solved was predictable
This isn't my favorite in the series, but it was still amazing. Definitely worth the read.
