A fun and wild cautionary tale on what might go wrong if liberties are taken with the organization of your trusty dictionary.

Loved the idea of this, but not sure how many kids will be into it. also, the font they used was super hard to read, even for me.

This book was clever, fun to read especially the fine print and had a whimsical story.

A funny story about a dictionary that wanted to be more. Best as a one-on-one story to see all the details in the illustrations. Also the writing is in cursive and can be challenging to read.

Another unique partnership between Oliver Jeffers and artist Sam Winston. This book is fun to read on multiple levels: the handwritten text, the illustrations, and the printed dictionary definitions (including the endpapers). This layered cleverness reminded me in some ways of "Black and White" by David Macaulay.

Don't miss the thank-you note at the front of the book -- it took a real team effort.
