Very interesting start to the Paper Girls saga. I'll be looking forward to reading more in Vol 2.

Four paper girls in 1988 connect as the world begins to not resemble anything they know. Dinousaurs flying out of portals in the sky, interstellar/futuristic teens also fighting for themselves, and some interstellar/future elders trying to get young women to behave who have no intention to.

Super cute graphic novel about group of girls and figure out what is happening  to their town as they know it.

Ends on cliffhanger.

Interesting concept that seems to involve time travel with beautiful, colorful art. However, I found the plot moved too quickly for me to get really attached to the story and characters. I might read the next volume?

A first look into four girls’ mysterious night/morning following a weird encounter w/ hooded strangers, which halts their delivering papers. Sass, thrill, curiosity, courage, & even some familial turmoil, “Paper Girls, Vol. 1” is a fun blend of real life & otherworldly drama. Is there anything better than young people riding their bikes tryna solve a mystery (or several)? I’m excited to read the next one!
