3.5 AVERAGE

I enjoyed this book but i didn't feel like I connected with the characters and some of the things that happened felt a bit unbelievable.

3.5 stars

I surprisingly really like book one in this series, so I was looking forward to this one a lot.

I didn't love this one as much as book one, mainly because of the h, she was just a little to much, a little to "in your face", I much prefer that my h be a little less on the aggressive side. Both H's were great though, it isn't seldom you read about a 5´7 hero, so that was a nice change of pace.

Still a decent read, and I can't wait for a book three, I assume there will be one...hopefully!

"5 out of 5 stars!! Tyler (Ty) is the Quarterback for the Birmingham Rebels, one of the NFL’s newest franchises, and is still dealing with his past. Yet one night at a grungy bar changes Ty’s plans for good when he meets Randi, an undercover cop, and unintentionally assists her in busting a drug deal. Randi and Ty have a whirlwind “relationship” that changes when Ty’s ex-lover Brian (the one who got away) comes back into Ty’s life. What all three of them soon realize is that choosing between themselves isn’t an option, but making something work between them all might be the best plan yet.

OMG! This novel is hot Hot HOT!!! I LOVED all of the characters from Ty, Randi, and Brian to the rest of Ty’s teammates!"

The Good: I like menage stories and I like football. Win-win for me. There’s good sexual chemistry between the characters and Ms. Kane never disappoints me with the actual sex scenes.

The Bad: Plot, or rather, lack of one. The last book was similar and well, I think it’s ok, but it’s not setting the world on fire.

Everything in Between: The romance wasn’t the strongest bit. If you want a one-handed read, it’s fine. Emotionally, well...If I wished one thing were different, it’s that the characters were as compatible emotionally as they are sexually.

For better or worse, this is exactly what I expected. I think I prefer Ms. Kane’s historical series a bit more than the football series, but she certainly knows her way around MMF erotica. If you like football with your menage, you may enjoy this.
