One of my favorite books and series of all time. Great balance of plot, characters, and word building. And the characterization is ver consistent and strong.

Very enjoyable story. Murderbot’s personality was obviously the highlight of this entire story. It’s personality was so relatable and just a joy to read. Can’t wait to read more of this series. 4.2 out of 5 stars (rounded down to 4)

I love Murderbot so much :') I reread this for a book club and was reminded how far it's come throughout the series. I love it and its friends

Yay For Murderbot!
“So, I’m awkward with actual humans. It’s not paranoia about my hacked governor module, and it’s not them; it’s me. I know I’m a horrifying murderbot, and they know it, and it makes both of us nervous, which makes me even more nervous.”
This novella was an absolute delight!
What I Loved: the witty humor, the sentient robot, and being in space. This story is a the type of sci-fi I enjoy the most. I love the exploration of another planet, the way humanity has evolved (or not), and all while being told from the perspective of the self-aware and disaffected “Murderbot”.
Audiobook narrator Kevin R. Free does a brilliant job as the deadpan voice of Murderbot, his delivery was laugh-out-loud entertainment.
A must-read for any Bobiverse fans!
