It felt like Billy wrote a new stand-up routine and decided to sit down. It was incredibly funny. I'm recommending it to everyone I know and I know I'll read it again. Thanks for all the laughs, Billy Crystal!

I loved Billy Crystal ever since seeing him in When Harry Met Sally. You don't realize how much "silliness" is him or the actual script. When he hosted the Academy Awards, I realized he WAS silly/funny. His book is a great blend of silly and seriousness. Make sure to get the audio book. I loved the fact that Billy mixed live readings among his studio readings. Sometimes with audio books, a straight read through seems monotonous.

His stand up isn’t as funny as I expected.

Kind of a mix between a memoir and a stand-up comedians act. The memoir stuff, and reflective parts are quite nice. Some of the comedy act gets a little stale and shows his age a bit... nothing too cringy, just typical white guy, baby boomer comments. His honesty in other moments make up for any awkward jokes. He Is very genuine when speaking about family, purpose and mortality. For example, his advice to "leave a tip" has stuck with me.

I absolutely love Billy Crystal, so this was a funny and emotional journey through his life, career, age, success, and loss.

Really enjoyed this audiobook, Billy Crystal is a phenomenal story teller.

A fresh take on the traditional comic memoir. Sort of glazed over during the baseball parts (sports?!), but absolutely loved the little nuggets from his SNL and "When Harry Met Sally" days.

It was fine. Some parts sweet, some serious, some interesting, and some laugh out loud. But, by far, not my fav memoir, which surprised me a bit.
